I received an MFA from the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers in 1999, and was the 2009 recipient of the Friends of Writers Larry Levis Post-Graduate Stipend.

My poems have appeared most recently in the journals Literary Orphans, Kindred, Apeiron Review, and Bird’s Thumb, and are anthologized in Write, I See (2014), a publication of the Art Student’s League of Denver, and Joys of the Table: An Anthology of Poems on Food and Eating (2015). The local, funky Horse Around New Mexico published an essay of mine last summer about the friendship between a biker chic (me) and a horsewoman.

A native of southern New Jersey, for nearly twenty years I've made my home in view of the Rocky Mountains with novelist David Wroblewski.
